If you meet the criteria we require, you will be provided an online Questionnaire. This is a very detailed Questionnaire, but only requires about 1 to 2 hours to complete.
What you get:
There is no compensation to you other than any exposure you may receive from being selected as the representative of your city or location. Nor do we charge you any fee.
In exchange for the information you provide, we list your basic contact information on every page of your city. We also provide your own full page where you can detail additional contact and descriptive information about you or your company. You will also be included in our directory of City Production Contacts. A fair amount of exposure to a worldwide production audience.
While we do not guarantee any of our Subscribers will hire you for a production, there is a considerable chance that someone reviewing the information you provide may contact you for further information and to then, possibly, facilitate their production.
Our Criteria:
We look at individuals or companies that facilitate (or have the capability to facilitate) high-end commercial film production.
In medium to major markets, and in smaller markets that are popular for filming, we review your client list, noting regionally or internationally recognized production companies or directors. We factor repeat business. We may also obtain feedback from your clients, as well as freelance and production company producers. The type of commercials produced are considered, but not necessarily a major indicator as the creative and production values are not always obvious unless the commercial is available for screening.
In locations that are not frequently filmed or where filming resources are available, but very limited, we go back to the old school way of feeling out experience. In addition to verifying references/clients, we evaluate your experience including the amount of 35mm commercial productions as compared to other type of projects.
Yes, our review and decision process is subjective. Our credibility is based upon the high caliber of people currently represented in this website.

If you are both a Production Company and a Facilitating Company, in addition to indicating your client list as mentioned above, please describe the amount of facilitating work you produce compared to production work produced for your own company. |
